Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all 2-packs and above. A flat shipping rate applies to single-unit orders and is calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once an order has shipped, so accurate details help your order arrive on time.

Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll help track it down.
